Looking to return to this game

So I used to play a long, long time ago, back in beta. Everything was awesome, mainly since there was a small community, only one server, and no cash shop. Anyway, I quit shortly after they started adding servers since the cash shop, in my view, really ruined the game. I would prefer a monthly fee. But I digress. I'm thinking of starting over on a new(er) server since all my characters have builds that are outdated since years ago and I have no money with which to buy restats from players or gpots.

I'm debating between Aibatt/Mia/Clockworks currently. Which are YOUR favorites, and why? I want a relatively lag-free server with an economy that isn't totally borked. Nice community and at least semi-active would be nice too. Thanks for any opinions or advice you can contribute.
